デジタルイラスト・Live2Dモデル 利用規約
この利用規約は、Lita が制作・販売する
デジタル作品（イラスト、Live2Dモデル、関連データなど）の
ご利用条件をまとめたものです。
作品をご購入・ご利用いただいた時点で、
本規約にご同意いただいたものとみなします。
著作権について
作品の著作権は、すべて制作者（Lita）に帰属します。
ご購入いただくことで「作品そのものを所有する」のではなく、
本規約の範囲内で使用する権利を得る形になります。
使用できること
作品は、個人利用・商用利用ともに可能です。
以下のような用途でご利用いただけます。
・配信、動画
・ゲーム、アプリ
・プロモーション
・収益化された活動 など
クレジット表記は必須ではありませんが、
記載していただけるととても嬉しいです。
禁止事項
以下の行為は禁止しています。
・作品データ（PSD / moc3 / png など）の再配布・転売
・作品を改変し、新しい素材やベースモデルとして配布・販売すること
（例：パーツを追加して別モデルとして販売する 等）
・公序良俗に反する目的での使用
・AI学習やNFTなど、二次利用を目的とした転用
※ ご購入者ご自身が楽しむための改変は問題ありませんが、
その改変データを配布・販売することはできません。
配布・納品について
作品は、メールアドレスまたはダウンロードリンクを通じて提供されます。
返品・返金について
デジタル商品の性質上、返品・返金には対応できません。
あらかじめご了承ください。
免責事項
作品の使用によって生じたいかなる損害についても、
制作者は責任を負いかねます。
規約の変更について
本規約は、予告なく内容を変更する場合があります。
最新の規約は、公式ページに掲載された時点で有効となります。
Digital Illustration & Live2D Model Terms of Use
These terms outline the conditions for using digital works
(illustrations, Live2D models, and related data)
created and sold by Lita.
By purchasing or using these works,
you are considered to have agreed to these terms.
Copyright
All copyrights of the works belong to the creator (Lita).
By purchasing a work, you do not obtain ownership of the data itself.
Instead, you acquire the right to use the work
within the scope defined by these terms.
Permitted Use
Both personal and commercial use are allowed.
You may use the works for purposes such as:
- Streaming and videos
- Games and applications
- Promotions
- Monetized activities, etc.
Credit is not required,
but would be greatly appreciated if you choose to include it.
Prohibited Uses
The following actions are not allowed:
- Redistribution or resale of the work data
(such as PSD, moc3, png, etc.) - Modifying the work and distributing or selling it
as new materials or a base model
(e.g., adding parts and selling it as a different model) - Use for purposes that violate public order or morality
- Use for secondary purposes such as AI training or NFTs
※ You are free to modify the work for your own personal enjoyment.
However, distributing or selling the modified data is not permitted.
Delivery
The works will be provided via
email or a download link.
Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products,
refunds or returns are not available.
Disclaimer
The creator assumes no responsibility
for any damages resulting from the use of the works.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated without prior notice.
The latest version becomes effective
once published on the official website.
