Q: 商用利用（配信での収益化）は可能ですか？
A: はい、可能です。YouTubeやTwitchなどの配信による収益化、およびイベントでの使用に制限はありません。
Q: クレジット表記は必要ですか？
A: 必須ではありませんが、Twitter(X)のID（@…）やサイトURLを記載していただけると、作者が泣いて喜びます！
Q: データの改変（色替えなど）はしてもいいですか？
A: キャラクターに合わせて色を調整したり、サイズを変更したりするのは大歓迎です。ただし、改変したものの再配布は禁止しています。
Q: 返金は可能ですか？
A: デジタルデータの性質上、購入後の返金は受け付けておりません。動作については、各商品ページのデモ動画を事前によくご確認ください。
Q: VTube Studioで使えますか？
A: はい、VTube Studioでの動作を最適化して制作しています。
Q: オーダーメイドの依頼は受けていますか？
A: 現在はアセット販売をメインとしていますが、時期によっては受け付けている場合もあります。詳細はX（旧Twitter）のDMまたはこのウェブサイトからお問い合わせください。
Q：購入したアセットを自分のグッズ（缶バッジやアクスタなど）に使用してもいいですか？
A：もちろんOKです！ 私の素材を使って、あなたの活動がより豊かになるのは大歓迎です！ ただし、以下の「Litaからのお願い」だけ守ってくださいね。
OKなこと：
自分の活動（配信やSNS）用の立ち絵に組み込んだ状態でのグッズ化。
ファンへのプレゼントや、個人で楽しむ範囲での制作。
常識の範囲内での収益化（同人イベントでの販売など）。
NGなこと：
**「素材そのもの」**をメインにしたグッズ販売（例：銃の素材だけを印刷したTシャツを売るなど）。
素材をそのまま、あるいは少し変えただけで「自分の作品」として転売すること。

A: Yes, absolutely! You are free to use my assets for monetized streaming on platforms like YouTube and Twitch, as well as for events.
Q: Is credit required?
A: It is not mandatory, but greatly appreciated! If you’d like to support me, please link to my website or tag me on X (@LitaVtubar).
Q: Can I modify the assets (e.g., changing colors)?
A: Yes! Feel free to adjust colors or resize items to fit your character. However, redistributing or reselling modified data is strictly prohibited.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please check the demo videos on the product page carefully before purchasing.
Q: Can I use these assets in VTube Studio?
A: Yes! All assets are optimized for VTube Studio. Please refer to the included README file for setup instructions.
Q: Do you accept custom commissions?
A: I am currently focusing on asset creation, but I occasionally take commissions. Please check my X profile for current availability and status.
Q: Can I create merchandise (e.g., keychains, acrylic stands) using your assets?
A: Yes, as long as it features your character!
OK: Using the asset as part of your character’s outfit or gear for fan goods or personal use.
NG: Selling products where the “asset itself” is the main focus (e.g., a T-shirt only featuring my gun asset).
